Hello,

I'm looking for a charger for 5S batteries Li-io, Current charge MAX 1.3-1.5A - I want to find a charger with an integrated FET.
The input voltage is 22-30V or 40V. Could not find.

Now I use. BQ24610 + TPS2660 for protection.

Unfortunately, we current do not have a solution for 5s Li-ion charger with integrated FETs.

It's a pity. Can you advise DC/DC with CC mode?

Maybe you have examples for TINA.
I want to try LMR33630 or LMR36015 for CC INA169.

The integrated FET at this voltage level is not cost effective for different applications.
