Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC5390
Dear TI experts,
I want to make 2x ucc37321 being in parallel that is connected directly to eachother pin for pin in order to enlarge the output current , Is that ok ?
Thanks,
John

Hi John,

Have considered using UCC37321 along with current buffers at its output to meet your current requirement need? This may be also an alternative cost effective solution that you may find helpful in your design.

Hi John,
Thanks for getting back to me.
1. Section 3.2 of the copied app note discusses limitations of the MOSFETs pairs.
2. The output current of the non-inverting buffer pairs will be dependent on the VDD supply and the total impedance of the turn-on path.
Another important factor to note is to ensure that C3 and current buffer must be placed very close to the MOSFET being driven to reduce the loop of the peak currents path.

Thanks.
