Driving waveform and schematic diagram, the MOS tube d-s voltage has obvious oscillation in the switching process, what may be the cause?

Hi Eagle,

It looks like you have some oscillation due to lack of gate resistors. When paralleling MOSFETs, I recommend a gate resistor close to each MOSFETs gate terminal to reduce chances of oscillation.
