The customer is replacing to the lead-free technology now, which will raise the temperature of the furnace.
In order to evaluate the reliability of components, they need TI provide the device's heat tolerance when through the tin stove solder (temperature VS time) of the solder and reflow oven thermal profile. Can you help provide the related data?
