TPS54240: Is there integrated power solutions unsing this componnent (or an equivallent) ?

Hi team,

I am looking for a fully integrated buck converter having characteristics close to the TPS54240:
- Large Voltage input : <9 and >24V
- Low Iq <1mA (enabled)
- Good current/time response

This module is for GPRS communications (inculding 2A bust).

A complete module could be nice to get EMI certifications and simple design.

Any idea of a component which could fit?

Apologies for the delayed email. There are multiple devices in the requirements you mentioned. Some off the top of my head are:

LMZ14203H
LMZM33603
LMZM33604

The LMZ14203Hz is a 42V rated device operating on COT architecture. Therefore it demonstrates the best load transient performance. The other two device are operating on PCM architecture. Therefore they demonstrate very good constant frequency performance and respectable load transient performance. Kindly peruse these devices and feel free to write back when you have questions.
