Kura,

The watchdog /RESET delay is dependent on the CRST pin configuration. If CRST is left floating, the reset period is 200ms. If CRST is pulled up to a voltage via a pull-up resistor, then reset period is 10ms. If CRST is connected to a capacitor to GND then the reset period will follow equation 3 on page 23 of the datasheet under the CRST delay section.
