TPS7A8300: Output voltage ramp up waveform

Part Number: TPS7A8300

Hello,

When startup, we thought output voltage is rampup straightly like charging capacitor by constant current but the result isn't it.

The condition

Vout=1.2V

CSS/NR=160pF

Co=22uF+  4.7uF x4

EN pin Low -> High

Is this phenomenon that startup circuit operation is changed around internal reference voltage because the slew rate is changed in 0.6 to 0.8V?

Why does this waveform happen? If there is any way to avoid this waveform, please let us know.

Best regards,

Toshihiro Watanabe
