It helps a little.

But those are typical values.

For a given Vin/Vout, say Vin=12V and Vout=1.2V, the typical frequency would be ~400kHz per Fig. 17.

What would be the min and max for the same conditions?

Hi Elder,
Our ATE data doesn't collect frequency data. It collects on time data. so we also don't have the min and max frequency.
Do you have any concern about the frequency tolerance?

Hello, Edwin.

The information is meant to the specification of the design and will be verified. I need to have a tolerance to be able to verify if the design is still within acceptable tolerances and, therefore, OK.

I have asked the test engineer who write the TPS568215 test program. He maybe can provide the tolerance value. Once I got the result, I'll tell you. It takes 1 or 2 days. Please wait in patience.

Hi Elder,

For a given Vin/Vout, Tolerance is +/-10% depending on its typical frequency. For example: Vin=12V and Vout=1.2V, the typical frequency would be ~400kHz. Min is 360 kHz and max is 440 kHz.
