Hi,
You should be able to download the device firmware from www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware, but it looks like the link to the device firmware is missing at the moment.
The link should be fixed by the middle of next week, and then you can download the srec for bq40z50 using bqStudio.
Please let me know if it is not fixed by next Wednesday.
