Dear team,

During the road test, there was an abnormality in the 455 acquisition. The performance was normal, the communication was normal, all the voltages of the cells were 0, and the duration was 40S. (At present, only one board has such an abnormality)

Under what circumstances will this phenomenon happen?

Could you please help answer this question?

Hi Sherry,

This is not expected behavior if you were just reading from the ADCs and the part read 0V for all cells. Can you provide more information about the the board/setup and the and clarify the state of the IC (if it was doing any cell balancing or other actions during this time) ? How many other boards were tested that did not show failure? And it is repeatable on that one board?
