For TPS2388, what is this part's Silicon Revision number?

In the datasheet, the table 36 only shows Bit 7-5,

But why Bit 4-0 is empty?

I have confirmed the silicon revision should be 00100. You should be able to read 0xC4 from register 0x43. Thanks.
