TPS65911: Consult suitable PMIC to replace DA9063

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS659037, TPS650861, LP8733-Q1, TPS65218D0, TPS65023, LP87564-Q1, LM26480

Hi Team,

Does TI have suitable PMIC to replace DA9063(which is use to supply Telechip MCU TCC8031)? Thanks a lot!

The datasheet of DA9063 is attached.

  • Hi Amelie,

Thank you for your question. The TPS659037 is the closest part to the DA9063 in our portfolio. The major difference between the two is that the TPS659037 only supports factory programming by TI.

If they are not a large enough business case to support a custom program, then there are several options as far as customer configurable PMICs. The TPS650861 and TPS65218D0 are both customer programmable. TPS65023 and LM26480 are a few examples of our more popular hardware configurable PMICs. Finally, devices like the LP87564-Q1 and LP8733-Q1 can be configured by an MCU after power-up.

If there are more details regarding the specific power requirements they need (Vin, Vout, Iout, package preference, critical parameters), we can help to identify which device may be the most suitable.
