TL431: TL431 Reference Voltage vs Free Air Temperature

Hi,

I refer to TL431 datasheet Page 14 Figure 1: Reference Voltage vs Free-Air Temperature under Item 7.14 Typical Characteristics.

This graph only shows general grade tolerance with Vref (max)=2550mV and Vref (min)=2440mV.

Do you have similiar Reference Voltage vs Free-Air Temperature graph for grade A (P/N: TL431AQDVZR) and grade B (P/N: TL431BQDVZR)?

Hi Philip,

I do not have a graph for those 2 variants because we cannot guarantee the shape of the curve from lot to lot variation. If you want to see an example curve of a tighter spec device, try the TL431LI. The TL431LI graph should be TL431LIBQ.

Hi Philip,

No it is not. The TL431LI is only valid for the TL431LI. The shape of the curve can vary from device to device and so the shape cannot be guaranteed.
