Here is our context, we use your device to control a PMSM (Pemanent magnet syncronous machine), and its safe state is an Active Short Circuit, to drive an active short circuit we need to put the OUTA Low and the OUTB = High.
I agree with you, if the VDD is lost all outputs will go down, My request consern only UVLO on VCCI when VDD is alive.
The request is if VCCI is lost and VDD is still OK, drive the outputs (OUTA = Low and OUTB = High) or (OUTA = High and OUTB = Low) this will lead automatically to an active short circuit.
