BQ40Z60: bg24125 + bq40z50-R2 or bq40z60, which needed less space

Dear TI community,

we developing an inductive charger for 3s1p battery. IMR13450 650mAh

Charging current = max 300mA

Charging voltage = 12.6V

are for components 700mm²

Actually we would like to use all in one solution with bq40z60, but this ic seems to be older than bq40z60 and less precision

and more complicated than bq40z50-R2.

Or would you recommend bg24125 + bq40z50-R2?
