LM5022: LM5022 question UVLO resistance value range?

No there is not a hard range for these two resistors. However, there is another constrain: the hysteresis. You need to know your required hysteresis then the high side resistor is determined: V(hystesis) / 20uA. Then your low side resistor can be easily determined by the resistor divider when the 20uA is not yet turned on.
