BQ34110: Learning cycle repeatedly triggering [LUCD] flag

Part Number: BQ34110
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO

Hello,

I am currently testing the learning cycle on my BQ34110 using BQStudio. Pre-relax phase works fine and leads into the discharge phase, but then the [LUCD] flag and [LFAULT] flags will pop up. Could anyone tell me why this is happening? According to the TRM it is due to excess discharging or charging above the data flash thresholds, but our thresholds our currently at 60 and 75 mA, which the batteries should definitely not be surpassing when the learning load is disconnected. I've attached the gg file here:BQ34110_20190724.gg.csv

I'll also attach a log that we did during the learning cycle here: Sept. 5 Dsg 3.log
