Hi Nadav,

The 3D Step file can be found on the LMZM33603 product folder under "Quality & Packaging" section. Additionally I've attached the Gerber files for the EVM.

Is there any chance to get the layout recommendation as a DXF format ?

It can save a lot of time to create the footprint.

Hi Nadav,

Currently there are no DXF format files for this device. However the step file is available for public use.

The step file is available on the LMZM33604 product folder under the "Quality & packaging" section. You can use FreeCAD tool to convert step files into DXF format. Unfortunately TI doesn't allow me to download software that are not approved so I can't do the conversion.
