Hello Jerry,

I would try this again and see if you get the email. GPC was recently down, but it is back up again.

Hello Jerry,

Our Dallas site was hit by a tornado and the GPC server is not currently up. I have notified an applications engineer and let's see if we can provide the chemdat file using our offline tools in Dallas.

Hi Jerry,

I do not see a gg file in the 170.zip file you are submitting to the tool? Can you make sure the gg file has the default chem id. ie one Ra tables that hasnn;t been modified at all.
