But after clear, UCD do not log faults any more even AC power cycle. Do you have any idea of this situation?

Thank you for the file. The brownout mode is enabled in your file.
Please refer section 10.26(cleaning the log paragraph) to clean the fault log if brownout mode is enable http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slvu352g/slvu352g.pdf
Without these steps, new faults are not logged.
