Hi,
Customer found they can use a wired LS mouse to wake up the system, but the mouse became undetectable after it wake up the system. It can become detetcable again after unplug/plug the mouse again. Meanwhile, the issue is not duplicable with a wireless FS mouse. Also, the issue is not duplicable with the same wired LS mouse when it’s connected to another model of NB using TPS2546 (the same schematics) as well.
Please check the FAIL and PASS scope shot as below using this LS wired mouse with this NB and another NB which issue not duplicable. It capture the entire process from wake to sleep and back to wake. Please share your comments what could be the root cause or what else we should check. THanks!
