TPS65150: the VGH output have 400us per voltage steps to reach the output

when customer test the TPS65150 VGH, they find there have many voltage step on the output, like the soft start, but this phenomenon not mentioned in the datasheet, would like to check if this is ok or there have some design issue. thanks

Hi Jason,

Thank you for your patience during US Thanksgiving holidays. Although there is no time or voltage scale information in it to understand what the magnitudes are, the scope plot you provided is not normal ramp of VGH. Can you please share customer schematics for me to review and also provide a complete scope plot that has time and vertical scales? I will review this information as soon as I receive it and get back to you with my feedback.
