LM5141-Q1: Details required to procees the worst case analysis

Hi Team,

I am using LM5141 in my design and I am doing worst case analysis for the same.

In my design LM5141 is used to generate 3.3V supply.

Now I am listing my queries,

1. Waveform of the converter. In your reference design external diode snubber Is used the same was used in my design also. I need the diode waveforms.

2. Formulas to calculate the power dissipation of IC. If internal bias regulator is used (VCCX < 4.5V), CS is used, Internal MOSFET losses, Power good transistor dissipation, etc

3. Formulas to calculate soft start capacitor value, Hiccup capacitor calculation.

4. Formula to calculate the power dissipation of  diode snubber.

5. Need max sourcing limit of internal regulator.
