    Hi Mark,

I received an update this morning from the thermal team.
We can generate a compact thermal model (2R or Delphi) to send to you for use in your Flotherm models.
Let me know if that will work, and I will submit the request to have these generated.

    Thanks,

    - Stephen

    Hi Mark,

There are still a number of requests ahead of us in the queue.

I would not expect anything in the next 2 days as the thermal team works through the backlog.
I'm monitoring this on a daily basis, and will give you regular feedback every 2-3 days until the action is complete.

    Thanks,

    - Stephen
