Hi sir,

A customer is utilizing a Thermal analysis tool called FloTHERM PACK made by Mentor Graphics.
Can TI provide model data of TPS7A7200-EP?

Note that pdml is the 3D package data for FloTHERM.

Requirement:

1.pdml file of 3D package data

2.xCTM file of T3ster model.

    Hi Mark,

    I received the models from the thermal team a bit sooner than I expected.
    Please find both of them included with this message.
    If there is an issue with downloading the files, please reply back and let me know.

    The thermal team recommends the Delphi model for best accuracy for this package, although the 2R model is also included.

    I replied on February 26th with the models.
    Can you see the link in my previous response on E2E?
    I've attached a screen shot of what I see below.
