LM5143-Q1: With the Single Output 4 phase configuration, what is output current capability at 48Vin and 36V out?

I need to design a dc/dc converter from 48Vin to 36Vout at 27 amps.

and also be able to switch this design with a jumper to change from 48Vin to 24Vout at 22 Amps

Is this possible using 2 of the LM5143-Q1 devices in the Single Output 4-phase?

If not, can I use 6 phase, or 8 phase to combine more of these chips?
