is there such sensor exist? i see one in linear technology but only up to 5.5V

    Devices in this battery management product line would be for monitoring individual cells in a 20 V battery along with current and temperature at levels common for lithium-ion battery.  An example protector without communication would be the bq77905, there are a couple versions available now, new options need a supportable business case.  For an I2C device the bq76920 is an option, but again with a battery focus.  For other options you might try the TI cross reference search, or check for sensor products at www.ti.com/sensors .  Parts such as the TMP512 or LM5056A would seem to support 20V.
