They need to consider failure mode of the IC. They would like to make sure failure mode of the condition that over voltage (such as 50V) is applied to IN terminal. They don't need gurantee. They want only your opinion.
Now the IC is DIN stage!!! We would appreciate it if you could give us your opinion.
