BQ76925: fourth cell is larger 100mV than others

 I use BQ76925 to manage four cells ,the voltage of first cell is 3.3275 , second is 3.3272 ,third is 3.3273  the fourth is 3.3273. But when I read VCOUT (pin15) from BQ76925, I find voltage of fourth cell is larger 100mV  than others
