My cusomer is asking about INT_TEMP_FAULT(over temperature of digital die).
Would you please support ?

What is temperature of INT_TEMP_FAULT ?

Is this fixed or programmable ?

If this is fixed ( 85deg or 95deg) , how much it is ?

If this is programmable , how to set ?

refer to the d/s section 7.3.3.7.

INT_TEMP is fixed; its not for sensing cell temperatures.

Digital die temp can be measured via the ADC by setting CHANNEL[CMD_TSEL] bit.IN

the conversion formula Internal Die temp is given by the equation (4) in the same section.

Would you please let me know what is temperature of INT_TEMP_FAULT ?
Is it 85 deg or 100deg ex ?
I could not find temperature value in data sheet.
