BQ51013B: The compatibility of BQ51013B with priority charging and wireless charging

Part Number: BQ51013B

BQ51013B is plugged into usb when the cable is charged, and the Pin AD is closed, and then unplug the usb, unable to restore the wireless charging function.

  • Check the voltage on AD pin after the USB cable is unplugged, it should decrease to near 0V and wireless power restart.
Note that the TX will need to begin the steps to restart wireless power transfer, it will need to ping the RX to begin power negotiations.

  • In reply to Bill Johns:

The  voltage on AD pin is near to 0V, and the AD-EN(pin8) is float .Relocate can restore wireless charging.

  • In reply to user5006961:

Check the voltage at RECT pin and compare it with start up waveform in wireless power FAQ slide 6, below link.
I suspect the TX is going into a sleep mode and not restart power transfer.
