Hi, I am testing the BQ25504 Evaluation kit, currently the kit only set to charge voltage output to 3.8v? I would like to know how can I make it to charge voltage output to 5v. Thanks.

Actually, the regulation voltage is set by the VBAT_OV resistors. The VBAT_OK resistors set the trip points for the VBAT_OK signal that can be used to communicate when the VSTOR=VBAT voltage is within a certain range.
When changing the resistors, remove residual solder flux as it can leave parasitic resistors in the 1Mohm range that can change the effective value of the regulation resistors and therefore your voltage thresholds.
