LI-ion USB charger that detects USB current capabilities?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24253, BQ24250

I want to build a device that can be charged by any USB jack.  The difficulty I'm having is in finding a single chip that will handle the variety of USB ports and wall wart power supplies out there: high-power SDP (Standard Downstream Port, 500mA), low power SDP (100mA), CDP (Charging Downstream Port, 900mA to 1.5A), and DCP (Dedicated Charging Port, 1.5A).

I've been looking at the BQ24075T, but it requires setting the available current via EN1 and EN2.  What I'm hoping to find is a Li-ion charging chip that can recognize the type of USB jack it is plugged into (SDP, CDP or DCP) and automatically charge the battery with the maximum available current.  If necessary, it should enumerate the USB port so the host allows 500mA.

Does such a chip exist?
