Hi,
I like to design a battery charger that would charge a single cell Li-ion battery that is capable of:
- Supplying 1A when connected to wall adapter (BCD1.2 capable?. Preferably do this selection without software involvement)
- When uC is off, still continues to charge but perhaps using 500mA (Auto enumerate? or bypass enumeration requirement and charge with 500mA anyway without software involvement)
- Power Path capable (supplement from battery when necessary)
- i2C interface for communication, but should work without uC on.
Is this possible with currently available TI chargers?
