VBIAS is equal 1,25 V ,,, it is constant value or I must configure it in my system ?

I will be charging li-po battery (3.7V, 1200mAh) using solar panel (3V, 80 mA)

    VBIAS is fixed at 1.25V.  You will change VBAT_OV, VBAT_UV, VBAT_OK, MPPT values (all in green).  The spreadsheet will then give you recommended resistor values and then you plug in your resistor selections in the green boxes at the bottom.
