I have a question about bq24190 D+/D- detection.

When using REG08(7:6)=01,INPUT Current Limit is mentioned 1.5A on data seat P2 Table 2.

-When using REG00(2:0)= 111, does it change to 3A?

    Yes. Please refer to page 14 of the latest bq2419x d/s online:
    9.3.1.3.3 Input Current Limit Detection
    After the input current limit detection is done, the host can write to REG00[2:0] to change the input current limit.
