battery charger / supports trickle charging

My customer wants 1cell Li-ion charger that supports trickle charging.
Is there line of products for TI?

What does the customer mean by "trickle charge"? Is this with battery at low voltage or battery near full charge (i.e., no termination)?

I aplogize for confusing.
I heard "trickle charge" means the same as pre-charge(0.1C), so I understood almost TI charger support it.

Most of our products charge with a reduced precharge current when V(BAT) is below the VLOWV spec. There are a few that rely on the short circuit protection feature to reduce the charge when V(BAT) is below VBATSHORT spec.
