I would like to confirm the operation of the INT pin.
In the datasheet P8 "INT", there is following;
>When a fault occurs, a 256μs pulse is sent out as an interrupt for the host.
And there is the waveform of INT pin on figure 14, this waveform seem not to be 256 us pulse.
Why isn't this waveform pulse?
(Isn't OVP the fault condition?)
And how much time is the pulse outputted after the fault condition?

Your understanding is correct. After an input over-voltage event, a ~256us pulse will be sent to INT. Fig.14 in datasheet didn't zoom in enough. Attached are two waveforms showing INT pulse in large and small time scale respectively. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

The pulse signal is outputted after 30msec when the fault occurs.
