Charger IC (BQ24171RGYT) STAT Pin Issue

Hi Sir/Mdm,

my board does not connect to battery while STAT pin should expect 0.5Hz blink. But instead, erroneously it gives 0V. FYI, “10V_16_DCPWR” is 12V. Appreciate if you could help advise. Below is the schematic diagram.
