BQ24171: big consumption current AVCC pin.

Part Number: BQ24171

Hello,

It's my schematic for chagre 2cell battery.

Design work correctly. bq24171 charge battery perfectly with correct current and logic work. Power Path logic correct too.

Everything voltage point ACSET, VREF, FB, TS, STATE and ect. are stable and follow the datasheet.

Graph voltage and current during charge on inductor, diode and ect. DC-DC part is well.

But I have one problem:

bq24171 consumes a lot of power during AVCC pin when battery charge. The drope voltage on 10Ohm resistor (R140) is 900mV, and current is 90mA!!!
bq24171 is very hot.

When battery charge is completed, the consumption drops down to datasheet parameter 1-1.5 mA.

I checked. Summary current output from VREF pin no more 2.5-3mA in during charge battery.

what happens to the rest of the current inside bq24171?

Thanks.
