Kindly see the layout below , can you check if my layout is compatible with kelvin connection or not , because i have problem in current charge and charge termination so current sense 10m ohm (2512 package , 0R01 1% Royalohm ) , and if this layout effect on charge termination and fast charge phase .

Please see bq24133 datasheet "12.1 Layout guideline"http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/bq24133.pdf and EVM user guide "4.2 Board Layout" http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluu476/sluu476.pdf .
Please see below picture from EVM user guide. R15 is charging current sensing resistor and C18, C20 and C21(open) are decoupling caps.
Compare with your layout, firstly, sensing trace of your design is too wide and please don't connect it with other trace or component besides decoupling cap. Second, please follow layout guideline in datasheet to place decoupling cap next to IC.
We strongly recommend you follow EVM layout for your design.
