The default setteing of Chg Relax Time and Dsg Relax Time is 60s.
Please let me know why 60s is a default value.
How does the customer decide the DF setting value?
This default value is long enough to avoid going into relaxation mode intermitently due to frequent current spikes but short enough to truly qualify for relaxation state. A battery will mostly take 10s of minutes before it actually relaxes for which a values of 60 seconds is a reasonable value. Customers do not have the need to determing if a different Relax Time is required. The default value should be valid for most if not all applications.
Thank you for your answer!
What kind of applications isn't it valid in?
Please let me know the situation where change must be considered.
