Dear Sir

If I would like to use 2 series of 18650 battery in my product and our end-customer can change each of 18650 battery by themselves

But  about protect solution / Voltage Balance / Reverse battery protect 

Could I select BQ7718xx to design ?

    Hello Kai,

    The bq771800 series would meet your overvoltage protection requirements.  They do not provide voltage balancing or reverse battery protection.  There may be a device that provides reverse battery protection.  I am not aware of one though since reverse battery protection can be designed in many different ways, according to many different (safety) requirements.

    For overvoltage/overcurrent and cell balancing, the bz20z45 series is an option.  Take a look at the Fuel Gauge is the Battery Management Guide http://www.ti.com/lit/slyt420 for more options.
