Bq34z110 cominication problem with EV2300

That usually means that the bqEVSW is not compatible with the firmware version in the device. Have you downloaded the bqEVSW setup program from the bq34z110 product website? 

I have downloaded from the website http://www.ti.com/product/BQ34Z110/toolssoftware  the sluc407.zip file, wich contains  bqEVSW  version 0.9.90.  how can i check the firmware of my device?

The firmware version should appear at the bottom of the screen after you open the bqEVSW program. We have only released one version and I attached it, in case you need it.

In the bottom part of the bqEVSW appears comunication error, and VB_T"2H_ NACK. When I try to use de I2C pro it appears error code 772.

There are a few things that can cause this.

1) Device is in ROM mode. (Press the Execute button on the I2C Pro screen to return to normal mode.)

2) There is a communications problem. (Check the I2C signals to see it there is an ACK on the address word.)

3) The device is damaged. (Check to see if there is 2.5V on the REG25 pin)

4) The firmware is corrupted. (You should be able to reload the FW, if the device is in ROM mode.)

I checked REG25 it is at 2.4 V.

Couldn't  find out if it is in ROM mode, neither upload  the FW because it doesen't communicate with the bqESW.

I guess it may be a communicartion problem, how can I  troubleshoot it? what I must look for when I check the I2C signals?

i got this signals from the I2C when I refresh  

signal 1 is the SDA (top)

signal 2 is the SCL (bottom).

Is there any ACK on the address word how can I check it?

Thank you for your support this file has been very useful to understand the smbus. the problem I guess the IC was in sleep mode or ROM. I used the code for arduino, https://github.com/samuelvanderwaal/bq34z100. and then used the EV2300 with the bqESW and no comunication error occurred.
