I refer to BQ76940 support Low-side NMOS directly 

Due to our customer need to do High-side NMOS structure 

Could you help to provide High-side NMOS example schematic for reference??

    We do not have a reference schematic for a high side N-ch driver with the bq76940 at this time. LM5060s should be able to provide this function in systems where it is suitable, but we do not have an example or reference schematic. Each LM5060 provides a level shifter, charge pump and driver for 1 high side N-ch FET. The part also has some protection features which should be set to avoid load on the battery and to be less restrictive than the BMS thresholds particularly if the BMS needs to communicate status out of the battery.
