Hi Team
Now we and Customer starting evaluation for BQ27425 G2A for Low Temp and High Temp.
We did first test Low Temp +5℃ / High Temp +45℃. ==== >>> This is OK.
This both Temp condition => SOC 0% at about 3070mV. * Terminate Voltage 3000mV
【 +5 degree 】
SOC RMC Voltage Current FLAG
(%) (mA) (mV) (mA)
1 3 3071 -1100 0x0107,
1 2 3070 -1101 0x0107,
1 2 3070 -1099 0x0107 => SOC change to 0 (%) Smoothly
0 0 3068 -1100 0x0107,
0 0 3067 -1100 0x0107,
0 0 3066 -1100 0x0107,
0 0 3066 -1099 0x0107,
But ,we change Test condition to Low Temp 0℃ => SOC 0% at 3523mV *Terminate Voltage 3000mV
====> Suddenly SOC change to 0 % !!
【 0 degree 】
SOC RMC Voltage Current FLAG
(%) (mA) (mV) (mA)
58 831 3523 -933 0x4121
58 831 3523 -932 0x4121
58 831 3523 -933 0x4121
57 830 3523 -932 0x4121
0 0 3523 -932 0x4127 <= Suddenly SOC 0 ( % ) Flag Change to 0x4127
0 0 3525 -933 0x4127
【 Question 】
1) We want to fix this SOC level suddenly change 57 (%) to 0 (% ) at 0 ℃.
Do you have some Idea for this Low Temp SOC change issues ??
I checked to UT (Under Temp ) Resister, dose something relation this one?
Any way , Could you give me idea ?
For instance
Terminate Voltage change ? or Other setting resister change ? ?
