BQ2014: How to reset the self-discharge count resister(SDCR)?

Hi, Guys;

I'm using BQ2014 for NiMH Battery charger.  When users change the battery to new one, I wants to reset SDCR to zero.

The questions are following. Data-sheet does not explane this action.

1) When SDCR is reset to zero?  Power off/on is the case?

2)Howt to reset the SDCR by sending any command?  REST command is useful for this requirement?

I'm waiting for comments.
