I am using bq27530-g1. I downloaded the bqevsw and wanted to program the fuel gauge according to "How to Generate Golden Image for Single-Cell Impedance Track™ Devices" article.

the problem is that I dont have "bqeasy" icon there.

I tried to download "chemupdatersetup4.36" but it wrote that my "bqevsw" does not have any chem data so it cant inatall it and I need to update bqevsw. where can I update it so it will contain the "bqeasy"?

I tried to run bqconfig instead of bq easy but after generated ".senc" file I couldnt program the bq27530 it wrote: "comm error code=772"

does the "bqeasy" and "bqconfige" do the same? help me create ".senc" file?

how do I solve it?

Hello All,

Please use I2C Pro tab on the left hand side. You will need to use the write I2C data block with I2C command being "00" and datablock being "000F". Click write data to enter ROM mode.

Then you can use the "Read to *.senc file" to get the senc file out.

I can not generate the Golden Image File (BQFS,DFFS)...

I've already tried to configure with the software "BQ Gas Gauge Evaluation Software" -> But this software dont habe the button "bqEASY"
The software "Battery Management Studio" does not support the Fuel Gauge BQ27530-1G. There is a button to create the gold Image, but the software is not compatible for the BQ27530-1G.
I can only create .senc file with the software "GaugeStudio". The learning cycle is not working in this case.

Can someone help me?

Yesterday it works with the bqconfig version 1.5.5.0.

e2e.ti.com/.../296429

The Version 1.5.5.2 doens't work with the BQ27530-1G.
