BQStudio Version v1.3.42 does not started

Hello,

i have updated my bqstudio to v1.3.42. Now it doesn't work. it hangs-up at startup with "Operation in prcoess". I use Windows 7 with 64-bit and Service Pack 1.

What is my problem.

Do you want the version that was on the website just before v1.3.42 or some other version? Please provide an email address and I can send you a link to download it.

Hello Thomas thanks for the fast response. My Last stable version was v1.3.36.
When i wait for 10 minutes then the software started, but when i started the software again it takes one again 10 minutes. Maybe this think helps to find the problem.

Kai,

I have not heard of that problem reported. You will need to uninstalled the current version before you can install the older one.
