bq27441-G1 fuel gauge design capacity parameter update.

Thanks for your reply. I was something wrong in the code, now i am able to update the parameter successfully.

But I have one more question, we are measuring battery SOC at every 1 min interval. We see in our testing that when we reset the device, SOC value drops at a large jump even if we put the device on charging. Can u please tell me the reason why it is happening? Below are our testing logs.

I need to change other parameters also:

1.Design energy

2.Terminate voltage

3.Taper rate

4.Taper volt

What values I have to set in these parameters? I am using MSP430fr5969 and battery is Lithium-ion Battery (750mAh, 3.7V).

1. Design Energy = Design Capacity (750mAh) * 3.7V = 2775mWh
2. Terminate Voltage = minimum System Voltage (=below this voltage, your system won't work)
3. Taper Rate = Design Capacity (750mAh) / (0.1 * Taper Current). The Taper Current is the current when the charger stops
4. Taper Voltage = minimum voltage to detect charge termination
